By accessing, using, downloading information, data, text or other materials from GoWorkBC.com, you agree on accepting and abiding to this User Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by this User Agreement, you should not use GoWorkBC.com.

1. Services
   This agreement (“Agreement”) is between your company or organization (“Customer”) and GoWorkBC.com. If you are an individual then this Agreement is between yourself and GowWorkBC.com. This Agreement contains terms and conditions applicable to the products and services (“Services”) provided by GoWorkBC.com to the Customer. The Customer shall use all Services solely for its own internal business purposes and shall not resell or transfer any Services to any third parties.

 

2. The Term of this Agreement
   The term of this Agreement will begin on the date the Customer submits their job posting and will end upon the date the Customer’s posting ends. This Agreement may not be terminated by either party, except for what is specifically stated in the Agreement. If the Customer violates any provision of this Agreement or terms of use, GoWorkBC.com may immediately suspend all of the Customer’s access to the site until the breach is treated. GoWorkBC.com reserves the right to remove any job postings deemed inappropriate or misleading and the Customer’s fees will not be refunded. All of the Customer’s and it’s employees must comply to this agreement.

 

3. Liability
GoWorkBC.com is not liable to any punitive, indirect, special or consequential damages of any kind. This includes loss of profits, revenues, business, information and data.
4. Applicable Laws
The Customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws within Canada, whether it is federal, provincial or municipal. This includes, but not limited to, laws relating to employment data privacy, data access and usage, and intellectual property.
5. Choice of Law
GoWorkBC.com is operated from offices within Canada. We are not responsible for whether materials at this site are appropriate for usage in locations outside of Canada. If a visitor is accessing GoWorkBC.com from outside Canada, the visitor will be responsible for complying with all your local laws.
6. Registration and Password
The Customer must keep your login and password information confidential. You agree to contact GoWorkBC.com if you notice any unauthorized use of your login or password.
7. Ownership
The contents of GoWorkBC.com shall remain the property of GoWorkBC.com. Any job postings created by the Customer shall remain the Customer’s property.
8. Products
GoWorkBC.com allows Customers to advertise their job postings through (a) a direct link through the Customer’s website or (b) a page created by GoWorkBC.com. Once a job posting has been created under GoWorkBC.com’s website, there will be limited editing available afterwards. The page created through GoWorkBC.com will not be able to be linked through any other website and can only be accessed through GoWorkBC.com’s search engines.
9. Payments
All fees payable by the Customer for the Services are due immediately. Fees are payable to GoWorkBC.com’s PayPal account through most major credit cards. Fees for Services are non-refundable.
10. Permitted and Prohibited Uses
GoWorkBC.com may be used only for legal purposes by individuals seeking employment and by employers or recruiters who wishes to advertise their job openings. You agree to use this site only to send and receive materials that are lawful, appropriate and related to the purpose of the site.
11. Amount of Visitors
GoWorkBC.com continues to effectively market this website. The amount of visitors varies from day to day. GoWorkBC.com has no control over which links each visitor click on and therefore is not liable for the amount of visitors or job applicants to any particular job advertisement.
12. Links and Third Party Materials
GoWorkBC.com may link to other websites. These links to other websites are not under the control of GoWorkBC.com, and we do not take responsibility for the contents of those websites. Visiting these websites is at your own risk. The websites we link to do not necessarily imply they are affiliated to GoWorkBC.com.
13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
GoWorkBC.com reserves the right to add, remove or change any part of this user agreement at any point in time. Please check the last updated date at the top of the user agreement for notice of updates.
14. Changes to this Site
GoWorkBC.com continues to make changes to the website to improve our products and services for our visitors and Customers. GoWorkBC.com may discontinue, modify or suspend any features of this site. This includes: (i) changing any fees or charges for job postings, (ii) changing or removing job postings that violates the user agreement or that is deemed inappropriate; (iii) imposing limits on certain features and Services; or (iv) restricting access to parts or this entire Site without notice.

Certain parts of this site may be have additional terms of use. By using these areas you agree to abide by the additional terms of use related to those areas.
